Our Philosophy
Every Style of Meraki piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery and natural gemstones, slight variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized jewellery
- Personalized jewellery
- Made-to-order pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the error is from our side.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
